This policy describes what information EMPLOYAI collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices available to you. It applies to the forms on this site (such as the contact form and the request-a-demo form) and to any job-application data collected if that flow is wired up in a future build.

2. Information we collect

Depending on which form you use, we may collect:

• Contact details you submit directly — name, email, company, job title, phone number, and any message text.
• Hiring-related details submitted through the demo-request form — company size, hiring needs, and role details.
• Basic technical information any web server logs automatically, such as browser type and page requested, for security and diagnostics.

We do not currently collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data through this site.

3. How we use this information

Information submitted through a form is used to respond to your request — for example, to follow up on a demo request, answer a contact-form message, or process a job application once that flow exists. We don't use form submissions to build advertising profiles.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share form submissions with data brokers. Any future integration with a real ATS, CRM, or email provider will be disclosed here before it happens.

5. Cookies

This site's cookie and local-storage practices are covered separately in our Cookie Policy. In short: this prototype does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, or as required by law, whichever is longer. Once a real backend is wired up, this section will specify concrete retention periods per data type.

7. Your rights and privacy requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through our Contact page and selecting "General inquiry."

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes materially. Since this is a prototype, expect this document to be replaced wholesale before a real launch rather than incrementally amended.
